Blue Ray Disc
What causes a blue ray disc to suddenly freeze and/or lose sound? I am having a lot of trouble with this.?
I thought it was a disc problem, but now I'm thinking it might be the player problem. It is only 3 months old. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
If this is happening to multiple discs then it's certainly either your Blu-Ray player or your cables. I'd take it back to the retail store you bought it from and ask for an exchange, most places will exchange within 90 days of purchase. If you have no luck there, I'd replace the cables as there may be a disconnect or short in the wires. If all else fails, the manufacturer should have a warranty of at least 6 months. It may cost you a little in shipping, but it's cheaper than buying a new one.
